In collaboration with Malle London the ‘Riley Tool Roll’ was launched at the Sunday Scramble last weekend. Malle’s stand in the former RAF Main Stores brought the end of Building 90 to life, decorated with their latest line of hardy luggage, vintage Riley’s and trials bikes.

Bicester Heritage approached Malle last year with a plan to recreate the type of tool roll used by the RAF in the 1940s, looking for a company who could manufacture a quality item from British materials that would stand the test of vintage motoring.

We were thrilled to find Malle who rigorously test their products through a series of adventures, subjecting them to tens of thousands of miles, usually strapped to the side of their motorbikes. The result? A tool roll that in the words of Classic Driver ‘is the only driving companion you’ll ever need’.
