Held at the UK’s best-preserved Second World War bomber station – Bicester Heritage in Oxfordshire – Flywheel is packed with exhilarating, crowd-pleasing displays from some very special historic aircraft, competition cars and military vehicles, combined with hundreds of classic cars and bikes on show from across the decades.
Add to that period music performances and military re-enactors, a vintage trade fair and traditional funfair rides, an open paddock that lets spectators get up close to all the rare machinery on show, and the chance to explore the wonderful and atmospheric site – now home to a wide range of historic motoring, motorsport and aircraft specialists – and visitors to Flywheel 2016 have a real treat in store!
The introduction for 2016 of two-day weekend tickets and family tickets allows classic motoring, aviation and military history enthusiasts of all ages to enjoy further savings on the on-the-day prices.
