Bicester Heritage partners with the Royal Automobile Club Historic Awards

Bicester Heritage is thrilled to be partnering with the Royal Automobile Club once again for their Historic Awards, with the winners set to be announced during an awards ceremony on the 25th November. The awards, celebrating categories such as Restoration, Innovation and Young Achiever, champion the individuals and businesses that continue to support and develop the future of the historic motoring industry in the UK.

The Royal Automobile Club continues to develop and support the automotive industry through representation on the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), Motorsport UK and the RAC Foundation, while promoting its own motoring events including London Motor Week, which features the Regent Street Motor Show and the RM Sotheby’s London to Brighton Veteran Car Run.

Bicester Heritage, part of the Bicester Motion site, is sponsoring the Restoration Award, in recognition of a project that not only showcases technical expertise but also research and sensitivity to the provenance and history of a vehicle. In addition, CEO Dan Geoghegan will be judging the Innovation Award, celebrating the skill of creative talent to turn ideas into solutions.

Starter Motor, a charity celebrating the future of the classic car industry and based out of Bicester Heritage, is supporting the Young Achiever category, recognising individuals between 18 and 30 who are making an exceptional contribution.

Congratulations to all those nominated and who have reached the final – we look forward to celebrating with you next month.
