Bonhams Motorcycle Department’s will be hosting their ‘Summer Sale’ at Bicester Heritage in the impressive 1936 C-type hangar with 50,000sq ft. The hotly anticipated Summer Sale includes over 580 lots of collectors’ motorcycles, memorabilia and spares including the world-famous Morbidelli Collection.
Your chance to bid on an incredible array of two-wheel machinery.
A world-class selection of 200+ post-war road and racing motorcycles from the celebrated Morbidelli Motorcycle Museum in Pesaro, Italy will be the centrepiece of Bonhams’ Summer Sale, 14 – 16 August 2020 – the most significant private collection of motorcycles to be offered by the auction house to date.
This important collection was built up and curated by the late Giancarlo Morbidelli, the museum’s founder, motorcycle manufacturer and Grand Prix boss, over a period of 40 years, and represents the best of Italy, with an emphasis on Italian marques, including Benelli and Ducati.
In addition to the Morbidelli Collection, Bonhams are proud to present a carefully curated selection of over 160 private motorcycle entries.
Pre-Sale viewing will be available by appointment (12-14 August), and the sale conducted behind closed doors (14 – 16 August)
