Sky Wave Gin founders and distillers Rachel Hicks and Andrew Parsons were always searching for their perfect gin, but failing to find it. So they decided to make it. Sky Wave Gin launched in Oxfordshire in 2018 and less than two years later its Signature London Dry, was named The World’s Best Contemporary Gin at the World Gin Awards.
