Featuring exposed glazed brickwork, high ceilings, sumptuous fabrics and soft velvet furnishings, our Crew Rooms provide the perfect base from which to collect your car, use the test track facility, visit friends or tour this unique location as part of an event.
Located to the rear of Building 82 – The Power House, the Crew Rooms are nestled in what used to be the power generation and pump house, distributing water and electricity around the former RAF Bicester WW2 bomber training station. This 1926 building initially underwent restorative works in 2014, having held a prior starring role as the home of Alan Turing’s computer Christopher, during filming of “The Imitation Game” at Bicester Heritage.
Expect a club feel and nods to the site’s prolific RAF heritage (each room is named after a distinguished RAF Station Commander). In Bicester Heritage’s opinion, this combination sits perfectly with the war-time vernacular, not to mention the astonishing four-wheeled machinery that is often found sitting outside the front door.
